The Silence in This Film is Intentional, Though You May Hear it With Your Eyes if You Look For It
Over one billion dollars in US foreign aid is earmarked for Egypt
every year in the President's Discretionary Budget. ( See:
www.deathandtaxesposter.com ) As tax paying US Citizens, we paid for
the armor, the sticks and overtime hours of the "Egyptian Zucotti
Redux Extreme" spectacle that ended 2011. These are frames taken from
videos that reached the outside world via smart phones. The frames are
stylized using a process known as tilt-shifting. The depth of field
and aerial diffusion of light is simulated to mimic photographs taken
of scale-models of the original subjects.

No doubt emboldened by the recent recognition of Kopism by The Sweedish Government and the outright wrongness of the US government's pursuit of the power to, at will, delete whole parts of the Internet, The Stewards of The Pirate Bay have made a press release where they courageously stand up, unashamedly declaring their principles. To me, this release sounds a turn of the tide in the near 16 year long battle to establish an indelible repository of the creations of humankind that operates independent of royalty, government, religion or regime.
The tech industry needs to wake up and realize that the pirate bay and kopism are the disowned and missing pieces of our collective's solution to the Big Data Problem. A distributed, indelible meshwork of seeds, trackers and parts of files scattered among billions of computers all around the world. A storage network using time and interest to achieve a infinite mirroring refraction of data, capable of predicting and exceeding our present needs, nearly indefinitely. We could have it if we could just shake ourselves free of the fantasy that some company will invent a for-profit cloud suitable to hold all the data humankind must it not forget.
Dammit 2012 is awesome.
INTERNETS, 18th of January 2012. PRESS RELEASE, FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE.
Over a century ago Thomas Edison got the patent for a device which would “do for the eye what the phonograph does for the ear”. He called it the Kinetoscope. He was not only amongst the first to record video, he was also the first person to own the copyright to a motion picture.
Because of Edisons patents for the motion pictures it was close to financially impossible to create motion pictures in the North american east coast. The movie studios therefor relocated to California, and founded what we today call Hollywood. The reason was mostly because there was no patent.
There was also no copyright to speak of, so the studios could copy old stories and make movies out of them - like Fantasia, one of Disneys biggest hits ever.
So, the whole basis of this industry, that today is screaming about losing control over immaterial rights, is that they circumvented immaterial rights. They copied (or put in their terminology: “stole”) other peoples creative works, without paying for it. They did it in order to make a huge profit. Today, they’re all successful and most of the studios are on the Fortune 500 list of the richest companies in the world. Congratulations - it’s all based on being able to re-use other peoples creative works. And today they hold the rights to what other people create. If you want to get something released, you have to abide to their rules. The ones they created after circumventing other peoples rules.
<blockquote>
The reason they are always complainting about “pirates” today is simple. We’ve done what they did. We circumvented the rules they created and created our own. We crushed their monopoly by giving people something more efficient. We allow people to have direct communication between each other, circumventing the profitable middle man, that in some cases take over 107% of the profits (yes, you pay to work for them).
It’s all based on the fact that we’re competition.
We’ve proven that their existance in their current form is no longer needed. We’re just better than they are.
</blockquote>
And the funny part is that our rules are very similar to the founding ideas of the USA. We fight for freedom of speech. We see all people as equal. We believe that the public, not the elite, should rule the nation. We believe that laws should be created to serve the public, not the rich corporations.
The Pirate Bay is truly an international community. The team is spread all over the globe - but we’ve stayed out of the USA. We have Swedish roots and a swedish friend said this:
The word SOPA means “trash” in Swedish. The word PIPA means “a pipe” in Swedish. This is of course not a coincidence. They want to make the internet inte a one way pipe, with them at the top, shoving trash through the pipe down to therest of us obedient consumers.
The public opinion on this matter is clear. Ask anyone on the street and you’ll learn that no one wants to be fed with trash. Why the US government want the American people to be fed with trash is beyond our imagination but we hope that you will stop them, before we all drown.
SOPA can’t do anything to stop TPB. Worst case we’ll change top level domain from our current .org to one of the hundreds of other names that we already also use. In countries where TPB is blocked, China and Saudi Arabia springs to mind, they block hundreds of our domain names. And did it work? Not really.
To fix the “problem of piracy” one should go to the source of the problem. The entertainment industry say they’re creating “culture” but what they really do is stuff like selling overpriced plushy dolls and making 11 year old girls become anorexic. Either from working in the factories that creates the dolls for basically no salary or by watching movies and tv shows that make them think that they’re fat.
In the great Sid Meiers computer game Civilization you can build Wonders of the world. One of the most powerful ones is Hollywood. With that you control all culture and media in the world. Rupert Murdoch was happy with MySpace and had no problems with their own piracy until it failed. Now he’s complainting that Google is the biggest source of piracy in the world - because he’s jealous. He wants to retain his mind control over people and clearly you’d get a more honest view of things on Wikipedia and Google than on Fox News.
Some facts (years, dates) are probably wrong in this press release. The reason is that we can’t access this information when Wikipedia is blacked out. Because of pressure from our failing competitors. We’re sorry for that.

This is a sketch of everything. It has been proposed by many scientists that the shape of the planet is not a sphere or spheroid. That it is actually toroidal, as the magnetic field that the world generates is a toroid shape. All processes or cycles on the planet exist in a flow that follows a toroid shape. Here is a quick sketch of just the planet:
Of course this is just the magnetic field. Science currently calls this the magnetosphere. Scientists skipped the work of introducing active toroidal models to a scientific community dominated by static spherical models, and simply called the earth's toroid shaped magnetic field a "magneto" "sphere" and killed all statement accuracy on the subject for the era.
A quick sketch of the Earth and the field:
There were a couple pictures that came from Voyager last month that showed tiny little magnetic fields.
Nasa called them "magnetic bubbles" furthering the misconception of magnetic fields as spheres and implying they are subject to surface tension. That charachterization made me wonder how on Earth NASA could have invented an ion drive if they dont even know how to accurately represent a magnetic field.
I decided that science pr was probably to blame and moved on to the data:
After re-visioning the heliosheath in my mind I realized that the Sun was a vector field of toroid waveform oscillation. The artifacts at the edge of the heliosheath are not from our sun, but rather, they are the interstellar ether, collected at the bow shock, pushed into toroidal form, by a giant toroidal waveform oscillation that they are riding around the galaxy. A glimpse of the field between energy and what we perceive of as matter.
I began to consider it without time as a constant and visualized everything that ever existed and ever would exist existing simutlaneously. As a vector field of toroidal field oscillations, no moment would ever be the same as any other moment as they are all in what we perceive as motion. Oscillating at different frequencies, without the concept of a moving event horizon that we call "time" they are simply occupying their particular location in spacetime. From that perspective I examined the concept of "big bang" and dropped it entirely as it was not possible for nothing to be. <-that's proper english, just an uncommon statement. It is not possible for any waveform oscillation to have no relative earlier waveform. Just as one block stacks up on another and no block is at the bottom sitting on nothing, so the existence of the universe in spacetime follows the same pattern. With every oscillation of the field a descendant of the oscillation of the field. I decided to visualize the sun again and when I saw it, it was beautiful, all of human history, our tiny little moment, on this beautiful mass of water and earth stretching out around the sun. It looked so whole. Like a single one drop of water on the sun, a swirling shape in eventless spacetime.
The piece titled "The History of All Earth Ever, As A Drop of Water on The Sun" I admit is a pale representation of what I see in my imagination when I conceptualize the Earth's relationship with the Sun, but it is as accurate as we know today. In time I will hopefully be able to prove that it is the more beautiful and accurate perspective for depicting our home in the universe, more capable of describing the peace of it and communicating an understanding of it than the portrayals of our home as one of a bunch of mysteriously connected sphere bubles floating in the blackness of nothing after a mysterious bang.

I watched The Ascent of Money BBC series last night. It was well worth the 4 hours of my life that it took to take it all in.
The information prompted me to journey on an endless flow of related internet searches, and research. Last night I also had vivid dreams, a sign of reorganization in the associative networks of the brain. I'm not surprised because I was actually enthralled. To communicate the historical perspective of his book "The Ascent of Money" Niall Ferguson's miniseries takes up the mantle of James Burke's "BBC Connections" series. I was a huge fan of James Burke's uncanny ability to relate modern day entities, to seemingly unrelated events in history by illuminating the connections implied by history. "The Ascent of Money" delivers the history of money in clear connections between events, painting complete pictures of the historical relationships that shape the present day financial world. To do this, Niall Ferguson copied the Connections format exactly. All the way down to the conclusions that tag each section. While the series attempts to be impartial, I caught the author implying more than once, that we are without an alternative to this financial system. It also lacks coverage of the Fractional Reserve Lending Privilege that our government grants to the banks. I believe the author is genuinely trying to help, but lacks the imagination required to be impartial to the financial system. You have to be able to imagine all the other magnificent ways we could solve the problems that financial systems "solve" for us in order to see the current financial system for what it is. While the series fails to show alternatives are possible, it does do a very good job of relating every war ever fought by any nation to the decisions made by powerful banking families. I am no peddler of hate, and do not have a problem with the choices made by those in power, from Medici all the way to Rothschild and Rockefeller etc, I have no issue with the few families that maintain control of the financial systems, I am concerned that the people of the world continually choose to enable and facilitate wealth systems that don't maintain harmony with nature or neighbor. As the population of docile, compliant citizens of the western nations increased, the scale of violence and cultural separation between rich and poor increased in step. The correlation is so close that a metaphor of a man and woman locked into a passionate argentine tango describes the relationship between the 1% and 99% quite accurately. The people just keep coming back to dance, and the nature of the dance is inescapable: it does take two to tango. The people just kept coming back for more. For centuries.
After grokking The Ascent of Money and comparing notes with the counterculture, I am convinced that we have only three issues driving the global finance problem: 1. The "Securitization" of Entitlements. Be they deeds, patents or copyrights, rolling them up into "Funds", "Record Labels" and "Patent Portfolios" and selling shares literally kills the commons. So we need to make every entitlement non-transferrable (period). Artists own their own music, Inventors own their own inventions and yes, Banks own their own loans. There is no other way for humankind to rediscover it self as the amazing talented builder of this wild and diverse world. Problem 2. The Fractional Reserve Lending System grants banks the right to invent money. That's just too much to "entitle" any node in any network of relationships. It kills the "fit node" relationships discovered by Albert Laszlo Barabassi in 2002. The repeating waveform oscillation of boom/bust is based solely upon the inflation generated by the Fractional reserve system and the idea that the Bank is foreclosing on real property because you cant pay the interest on money they invented is enough to make soccer moms go "tent city" on wall street. 3. Meaningfully Representative Government. Today, the lobby groups are the government. No way to deny it. Every bill in the Senate and House. Not one from the people. All from for-profit corporations that, by design, must maximize returns any way they can. The solution is to expand The Senate by 512 seats and the house by 1024. Allocated by population. With 1536 more people required to "win over" somehow, the Washington lobby is simply a priced out market. It becomes more difficult to go to war and more people and communities would be represented. Easing the feeling that the 99% have no say in what happens on the planet. I don't like war. Competition outside of a context of cooperation is savage. If you read between the lines of intrigue presented in "The Ascent of Money" you can see the trends underlying and know that The World Bank will be coming to take Iran's billions of dollars worth of gold that they removed from the bank earlier this year. If you know the history of injustice. If you understand that Iran has been brutalized internally and internationally by us, if you can see how wrong it is for us to starve their children in their own countries because of our fear of them, then you will be able to see the trap laid by nature. The true life force, which maintains all competition for survival in a context of cooperation and all consumption in a context of creation. If we go to war with Iran, because The Bank wants their Gold. We will lose. The planet will be run by people who choose to take on the responsibility of maintaining humankind in the context of cooperation and creativity that is responsible for all of it's accomplishments. This is written in the hunger of humankind. We want to be freely connecting points, creating the patterns we invent in the diversity of potentiality extant here. There is no purpose for any entity with the discretion to restrict this, to do so now. No purpose but fear, and fear has only lead the US into the dark. If we are to derive just power to rule, we cannot commit atrocity for oil or gold. We must courageously choose to view every person on this planet as one with us, including those we perceive as mortal enemies, we must look past the fear and be an agent in support of the greater context of cooperation that sustains all life in the universe.Gosh, this year is intense. Anyhoo. Enjoy the 4 hours of insightful financial history, amazingly free of conspiracy theory vibrations.

The public demonstration of support for open discussion exploring the extent of our federal government's failure to protect US citizen's land from fraudulent financial institutions whom may have abused the fractional reserve lending privilege, and made high risk loans, engaged in predatory lending, automated algorithmic arbitrage of securities trading systems, either knowingly or unknowingly set into motion a series of events that consolidated more than 60% of the US GDP under the roof of five financial institutions and *potentially accidentally* stole the homes and assets of millions of Americans who are now homeless and unable to work, many of whom have formed tent encampments in their city centers, the combined public demonstration of support for repairing the essential functions of land ownership and easily accessible low interest business credit in private industry, and providing relief and restoration of the financial health of the extraordinary heroic citizens whom in a functioning version of the democracy described by our constitution would never be without demand for their services, these issues and brave people who occupy their own page in the historic and never-boring saga Ben Franklin referred to as a "grand experiment", their moment of truth, our collective moment to take hold of the the arc of history and bend it towards liberty, equality and the pursuit of happiness for all; The leaderless human rights group that calls its collective self "Occupy Wall Street", has reached a crossroads.
Like all political, cultural, social, religious or spiritual movements, it cannot occupy a crossroads long. It's members will decide in the next 12 hours if they will be the stewards of a revolutionary new embodiment of nonviolent resistance, amplified by new concepts of radical cross-cultural inclusion, and cooperation at a global scale. Or they will choose to be a part of a new emerging cycle of violence between the citizens and the government. Where each "side" tries to make the old tools of exclusion and attack work to eradicate or dominate the other. Pushing away what they do not like or understand and blindly attacking any weakness they can find on the "other side". Inside Occupy Wall Street, Both violence and nonviolence will assert its self today. I have a personal vow of nonviolence that I have made because violence is totally lame, so lame I would rather be injured or die than resort to it. We just know, from history, that the process of pushing away what you don't like or understand has never worked to create peace. Though Obama promised change, he was a bit less idealistic than I thought he would be. In this day and age, to say there are no safe alternatives to war and to fire missiles into countries that have not attacked us is not change we can believe in. It is the old strategy of striking at the entity that you fear, leaving courage on the shelf, reaching instead to killing people, using our sophisticated wealth of technology we have created not in the service of communication or peace but to kill from thousands of miles away, with accuracy, using unmanned drones to kill US citizens in foreign countries without trial. I was aghast when I consumed the information, but still my heart goes out to him. To our president. He is trying so hard to "do it right" that he has forgotten that we all know exactly what to do. Always, without fail, at every crossroad, without intellectualizing, without relying on data, we can visualize ourselves going down one path, then visualize going down the other, and examine which visualization gave us a lifting feeling in our chest. Which path brought our spirit high just to imagine? Which ever one it is, you must do it, because your heart says your destiny lies down that path. You belong where you are guided by your own light. No one ever needs more than this, to know which path to take. Why is the crossroads today? It is because the Occupy Oakland West Coast Coordinated Port Closure is happening today and from the looks of it, it is a total law enforcement trap. Everything down to the time of the marches looks perfectly set up for a minimum of overtime pay, a maximum of publicity and guess what? Forcing a port to close is not nonviolent protest, it is violent radical activism. A kind of war. You can see the mindset of war in the poster. "Together we are unstoppable" is the blind worship of power. The "solidarity with longshoremen" who have made press release saying they do not support, condone or have any role in the "blockade" which again is a tactic in a strategy modeled in Game Theory for decades called a zero sum game. Everyone who participates in the port closure and does not wear a stylish Guy Fawkes mask, risks going to prison for 3 to 5 years and a slim chance at indefinite detention if you're the Galileo type. The reason I am posting this is that the port closure is such a clear violation of US Code that law enforcement may simply photograph the march, use facial recognition software to identify everyone who has ever used a social network and was in the blockade, and just collect them later. Legally, with warrants in hand and evidence to convict. I write this not to frighten anyone off. I do not want to influence your decisions, I want my friends and loved ones to have all the information so they can make their own decisions. If you are going to participate in the port blockade, you should be aware that you enter territory that is not defended by the bill of rights. There is no part of the constitution that condones treading upon another US citizen or domestic corporation. Picketing and boycotting are legal and nonviolent ways to make your voice heard. Inciting people to block a commercial shipping channel and force negative commercial impact upon other citizens is not a boycott. It is not a picket line. It could be considered an act of domestic terrorism. Because your protest has created victims. Producing evidence of the victims of Goldman Sachs does not justify creating more victimized people who had no choice but to be "blockaded" by the dark side of Occupy. No accounting of the victims of Goldman Sachs will keep you from landing in the cell next door to them, if lives are lost as a result of the action. I want to be very clear that it is my hope that you will make an informed decision and which ever road your heart chooses, know that I have profound respect for the courage it takes to follow your inner guidance, as I know, for myself, that it never makes sense. The interesting feature of the blockade is that even though it looks like the product of infiltration by entities that want Occupy to tarnish it's virtuous appearance, and even though it may end up being the largest west coast roundup of protestors caught actually breaking the law, alternately, if the numbers are high enough, and the light stays on in the hearts of the people who participate, it may actually accomplish something. I have been really disappointed by our Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. She has been making statement after statement about Iran and Syria and how the US Media is loosing an information war and basically has been running around like Bush sr. in drag, looking everywhere in the world for problems with Iran and has not addressed Occupy Wall St. The silence from Hillary Clinton and Barak Obama has been the largest betrayal I've experienced as a US citizen in my life, since I was born, 36 years ago in northern California. How I understand it is that the Secretary of State should rush home from wherever in the world she is if there is a unified coordinated protest in every city and evidence that 5 banks we bailed out have grown 20% larger than before the "crisis" and have "Acquired" 60% of the GDP. The Secretary of State, if she wasn't so occupied by her "other" nations, is the cabinet officer that should be coordinating and preforming the government's logical and effective service. Hillary Clinton's role is to be the person in the administration that says "what? that sounds terrible, thanks for bringing this to my attention, here is what I'm going to do about it, here is where you can keep track of the progress and thank you so much for coming all the way here to let us know you are suffering. I had no idea it was this bad for you, we are here because you elected us and we are in charge of spending the tax dollars on you and this nation and we are up to the challenge of making sure you have life, liberty and a fair chance at a meaningful, purposeful and historically substantive time on earth" So far, for how much of a dud Obama and Clinton are, I'd take Madeline Allbright in a heartbeat. I used to love Hillary, then when Occupy happened she was like "no comment" then did a series of statements on Iran while wearing really lame outfits. What happened to her? Maybe if the ports shut down and she has a whole Fema camp full of brand new first time domestic terrorists, they had to figure out what to do with, she might consider ditching her current gig building a case for invading Iran and might get interested in doing her job, using the resources of the state department for statecraft, meeting every domestic group that is protesting or making grievance about anything and just writing down somewhere that she heard it and involving the people and groups in some kind of process aimed at getting their needs met. I mean, do you have to be a middle eastern country to get some love around here? I have started to use a new word for how they are avoiding the subject: "Barackupied" - A form of political ignorance characterized by the inability to stop thinking about a new political entity whilst simultaneously not being able to acknowledge or speak about it, creating an awkward "super-elephant-in-the-room" in the political media as it covers the new entity every day and the leaders say nothing. Perhaps a big event out here will inspire more domestic focus. In any case, follow your heart. Either way, good luck.SGG 11|3L3V3N

A research technologist named Sid Gabriel went to Hawaii for a
technical gig and when he returned he noticed that he had transformed.
No longer was he needing to "work the kinks out" of his technology. No
longer was he in need of (or in possession of) a lab in which to work.
He simply had the coolest visual communication and near field reality
augmentation platforms in existence,... as it were,.. in his pocket.
Not only that, but in Hawaii He had experienced visions, induced by
the Alchemeyes Visionary Art event that served as the high point on
his tour. He had left the bay area as a technologist for sure, he
could remember that, but a month later a kind of magnetically
supercharged duo rolled off the plane humming with a new vibration,
they began to interact very significantly with people. As if they were
cultural icons of a vibe yet to call it's own name the public
consciousness; and I'm going to stop talking about myself in the third
person now.
